Resize Paper Punch Shape in SCAL

SCAL Tip Tutorial - Resize your favorite paper punch.

Are you familiar with SCAL (Sure Cuts A Lot)?  It is the most amazing program for crafters with a paper cutting machine.  Do away with spending ridiculous amounts of money on Cricut Cartridges by using the SCAL program.  This is such a fun trick.  I will show you how to resize your punches by using this tip.

Punch shape out of black card stock.

Scan shape.

Open in "Paint' program.  You can do this by clicking "open from scanner/camera" in the blue tab drop down.
"Save As" "JPEG".
Minimize all open windows and open SCAL program.  Select "Trace Image"
Click "Browse" and find image.  Click "OK".
There you have it!  Now you can make it any size you like.  I also will do a whole page of a shape to save my hand from having to punch so many individual ones.  If you do a lot of flower shaping or arrangements, this will come in handy.  Hope you find this helpful.  :)

Come again,
Barbara
